Point of Delivery Update

We are committed to getting our products to your business efficiently so you can run your business knowing that the supply chain experience is frictionless.
On Monday 28th October we introduced an update to our delivery process. All deliveries are now signed for on Samsung Tablet computers at point of delivery. This allows us to track accurately how our delivery service is performing and also to ensure deliveries are made correctly. We are continuing to send out paper versions of the delivery details for your reference.
This is part of our ongoing commitment to modernisation and to offering our customers a user-friendly service.
Our drivers are all fully trained in the use of the new Point of Delivery process, they are able to assist customers with any questions. We are confident this update will improve the overall delivery service.
