Update 21/04/2020 - Business As Usual
As the Lockdown has been extended for a further 3 weeks, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our valued employees, our suppliers and colleagues for all their hard work and efforts during this challenging time. These efforts have enabled us to continue the supply and respond to the high level of demand we are currently seeing.
Due to the increase in demand, our delivery and distribution service is currently at 48-hour lead time. You will receive notification as your order is dispatched so you are fully informed and aware of when your products will arrive.
We would like to thank you for your continued support and patience, rest assured we are channelling all our efforts into keeping things running smoothly. Stay safe and stay well.

Update 11/04/2020 - Easter Update
So far 2020 has challenged us all in ways we couldn’t imagine. But Spring is upon us and Easter is a time to reflect and remind us the Hope must never be lost, for there is light at the end of the dark tunnel. We would like to take this moment to wish you a blessed Easter.
Our Business Community is strong, and as always rises to the challenges that come our way. As always our response is to provide a commitment to our Customers, our Team, our Supply Chain Partners and to our Community.
I cannot thank our Team Members enough, adjusting to this ‘new normal’ and on a day to day basis despite personal challenges arriving to serve the Customer.

Update 24/03/2020 - Additional Measures
We appreciate your continued support and understanding as the situation regarding Covid-19 develops. In order to follow guidelines around Social Distancing, maintaining the supply of products and the safety and welfare of everyone, we will be implementing the following measures:
To access the Cash & Carry and provide service to our customers you will need proof of ID together with a recent Lituanica Invoice. This will be required to be presented at the gate or at the Customer Entrance.
When shopping each customer will be restricted to 2 x trolleys to buy their purchases. You can re-enter once these trolleys have been loaded to your vehicle.
Update 23/03/2020 - Business as Usual
We would like to thank you for your continued patience and support by choosing Lituanica as your supplier. The Business Update for 21st March 2020 is as follows:
1. Any orders that were placed from Tuesday 17th March - Thursday 19th March (inclusive) will receive their orders starting from Monday 23rd March.
2. In order to guarantee the supply chain, we will be implementing quantity measures. If you have ordered extra-large orders of specific stock then you may receive a reduced quantity.
3. Orders received from Friday 20th March have not yet been scheduled for delivery. Please check online or email your Account Manager for delivery updates.
